How does  

this work?  

All projects welcome!
Bring your sewing machine, project and needed supplies.

Enjoy conversation and inspiration.
Come+ head out on the timeline that works best for you.

Bernina of Renton has a selection of notions if you forget something. If you'd like to drop off or pick up giving quilts supplies - coordinate with the Giving Quilts team. WyldWood Creative is a short walk away for more shopping.

What to   bring:  
  • Your own sewing gear and projects 
  • If you want a design wall, you may wish to bring it.
  • A quilt to put on a sit down longarm! (There's one available to use/rent)
  • Free table items (take home what isn't scooped up)
  • Optional - shareable snacks
  • Have a machine that needs service? The fine folks at Bernina of Renton can probably help you with that.

    Please leave these home:

  • Irons + ironing boards  (a fabulous LauraStar Iron is available)

Parking +  Unloading:   Folks can drop off their machines and then park in nearby lots/street parking. Limited parking is available along side and behind the building. 

Renton as has ample free 2 hr time limited street parking. If you're up for a short walk -  4 hours:  Main Street, All day options: Mill + 2nd  or City Center Parking Garage.

Food:  

Lots of options nearby for lunch, coffee, or bring your own. There is a fridge available. Food is allowed in the sewing space.

 

Please stay home and rest if you are feeling unwell or show signs of illness.
