• Invite your friends, family, and dear ones (yes this can include the pets!) to mingle with other SeaMQG quilty folx for a summer social and admiring of quilts!
• Everyone, including community members, welcome!

• Bring a quilt (or a few!) to be admired. 
• As this is an outdoor event, please provide your own tarp or hanging stand your quilt(s). If you have extras, please bring them incase they're needed.

• The grill fires up around 11- 11:30 am and goes until the food runs out. We'll be serving hot dogs, and hamburgers. ​
• Please bring a dessert or side dish to contribute to the snacks!​ Kindly label allergens if a homemade dish.
• You're on your own for beverages (bring your water bottle for water)

PARKING/TRANSPORTATION:

• It's a short, paved walk to the PICNIC SHELTER #5 at the north end of the park, towards the wading pool/sport field from the north parking lot.  [MAP HERE] We have the covered shelter reserved as well as many uncovered picnic tables. There are restrooms nearby.

• There are two parking lots—a north lot (much closer to where we are at) and a south lot. The south lot is much closer to the ferry. 
• Street parking- only on the east side of the street. Street parking on the side closest to the park will not be available until after 3 pm. 
• Easy bus access as the C line stops right near the park.

OUTDOOR VENUE:

• Anticipate uneven surfaces, sun, wind, people and all the stuff that is usually outside. 
• Public restrooms are nearby
• Hopefully community members will wander over.
